6 Gallons

1 oz Hallertau at Boil

5 lb Western Wheat Malt, 5 lb Pilsner malt

Step Mash from 110F to 152 F

German water profile, soften if needed

Weihenstephan Weizen, 3068 or Similar

90m boil needed to get rid of any DMS, ferment at 62f. Should be done within 2 weeks. No need for finings, it will be hazy!
