10 Gallons

2 oz American Hallertau at boil. 1 oz Tettnang at flameout

15 lb Munich malt, 2 lb Carafa II, 1 lb Victory Malt

75 minutes at 151f and Strike at 180f

German water profile, as soft as possible

Munich Lager

90m boil optional to increased melanoidins. Long ferment, up to 8 weeks to make it as clean and attenuated as possible
