2 oz any bittering hop

10 lb dark roast malt 5 lb chocolate malt and 2 lb candy sugar

158 90m Mash

3 g CaCL

English Dry Ale yeast (high pitch rate)

6 week fermentation, 68 degrees. No dryhop
