5 Gallons

1 oz Challenger and 1oz Fuggles at 60m

6.0 Lb two-row pale malt, 3.25 lb Munich Malt, 2.5 lb rye malt

Mash at 155° F (68° C) for 60 minutes

60 minute boil, no dryhop. Fermentation should take 1 week, conditioning about 2 weeks. 1.060 target gravity.
